Life changing coaching and training. Definitely confidence building and will change the way you view yourself. Very positive experience doing both the 'Empowerment' course and 'Team Leader' course. My life has changed for the better since I started with Empower BTC. Lovely trainers, very friendly and informal groups. Course material very 'doable'. Can't wait to do the mentoring course
