Description

This is a short introductory Workshop created by Ross Emmett so that everyone would have the opportunity to use some of his work to help themselves, friends and family. It is primarily designed for non-professionals, however, it is also an ideal low cost introduction for trained therapists to see what EMMETT is all about. The Workshop contains 11 moves which have been specially selected from the EMMETT Technique Practitioner Course. The course is conducted over 8 hours and may be offered as a one 8-hour day or two 4-hour sessions which are usually from one day to two weeks apart. No prior experience is necessary to attend a course. It can be attended by anyone over 16 years old.

Special Interest Short Workshop. There are three additional 1-day/8 hour EMMETT special interest courses. All of the moves taught in these courses are selected from the  EMMETT Practitioner Course and the Advanced Practitioner Course.

The prerequisite for attending any of these Workshops is either the Introductory Workshop OR those who have already begun their EMMETT Practitioner Course training.

Foot Care Workshop. This Workshop is ideally suited for foot-care professionals to add some effective EMMETT releases to their toolkit.

Hand Care Workshop. This is for therapists interested in learning some additional EMMETT releases for hand, elbow and arms.

Yoga and Personal Trainers Workshop. This course is ideally suited for exercise professionals (Yoga Instructors, Pilates Instructors, Personal Trainers, Coaches etc.) interested in learning some EMMETT releases to combine with their exercise disciplines. These moves can be used with one-to-0ne clients or within a class setting.
