Emma Wilkinson Fitness

Winner of Regional Instructor North West at The National Community Fitnesss Awards 2021 Emma's passion for dance stems from youth, and after having her 1st child she attended a local Zumba class and was instantly hooked, she then began to explore the world of dance fitness. Emma has been teaching her own group fitness classes since 2010, and has trained in and taught various formats along with gaining qualifications in Exercise to music, Teaching adolescents and Pre and post natal fitness. Emma prides herself on being able to deliver a class that is inclusive to all abilities whilst keeping it fun and relaxed, but has the energy and drive to give everyone an intense workout. Her relaxed approach has got people 'hooked' who previously wouldn't necessarily consider themselves ''in to fitness'' and in doing so has created a strong community amongst her participants who work together to achieve their goals while having lots of fun!
