I had been in an accident on the motorway. I called and had to wait 30 mins for the call to be answered. I was then asked to hold for 10 seconds, and 5 minutes later I got to speak to someone. Only to be told that we do not cover accidents and I would have to pay. I found it difficult to understand the operator and after 45 minutes standing behind the barrier on the hard shoulder in the cold I hung up as I did not trust them any further. After choosing EA because of good reviews AND a good price you still hope you'll never need them! Well, we were very impressed once we managed to get through. The wait was a little over half an hour but the mechanic was thorough, efficient and helpful. Certainly worth it plus you receive a discount for continuing to use them year after year - ACTUAL customer loyalty, there's a thing! Excellent, will continue to use and happily recommend.

About ten days ago, our car just wouldn't start so we suspected a flat battery. Initial contact with company was professional and friendly. We were advised of approximate 90minute wait. So 15minutes later, absolutely delighted to receive a call from the mechanic who arrived shortly after and was able to jump start battery but, advised that we ought to replace it as soon as possible.
