Emerge Group Coaching

Emerge Group Coaching is a partnership of two coaches, both with a background in IT delivery, a passion to help woman, and significant experience of programmes of change. Both retrained to be accredited coaches, and balance their work between these two professions. ​ The partnership started to support women through lockdown, helping them through uncertainty, redundancy and restructures. They developed the first programme, Emerge Stronger, to provide a route to support people to recover their confidence, positivity and control of their own destiny. ​ They work collaboratively with the Reed Woman in Technology (WiT) mentoring network, run by Kevin Dainty on behalf of Reed. ​ In addition they are developing further Group Coaching Programmes and are supporting those that need added help post lockdown to return to office working.
