No beginners lesson despite advertisement, no advertised price (turned out higher than normal), very steep learning curve and only very occasional help, no response to Facebook feedback messages that have been read

Male teacher was an absolute gentleman. Sadly, as a beginner I found only intermediate classes despite advertisements otherwise, and a very steep learning curve. Help was only brief and sporadic despite having at more to learn than others. Lesson cost was sadly not advertised and turned out to be 50% more than any other I've been to. When I provided balanced feedback on Facebook, my message was read but not replied to. I hope other experiences will make me more enthusiastic to return and lear...
