Ellison-Webb Training

I did my HACCP Level 4 with Ellison-Webb two weeks ago. It was a real pleasure from day one to final exam. I had working knowledge of HACCP but not to such detail to satisfy Level 4 exam requirement. Those 5 days were filled with lots of information, practical approaches and practice. Great company too. Just found out about the result - PASS. Thank you Steve! It was a pleasure!

Attended a 2 day course - Level 3 HACCP - learnt a lot and thoroughly enjoyed it at the same time. Would recommend to others.

The HACCP course was very good. Steve delivered its content in easy to understand language. His explanation of all different aspects, measures and terms was excellent. We discussed the HACCP in different scenarios/operations and Steve even made the Codex Alimentarius sound exciting. Overall, a highly recommended training provider.

Attended the Food Safety Level 3 Course. Very organised coursed and full of information! It was very easy to take in information and absorb it, which I usually find difficult on courses usually. Also attended the HACCP level 3 course and it was the same exceptional standard. Ellison-webb are the first company I look to for any training requirments, hope to attend more courses in future!

Went on the level 3 food safety course. It was a brilliant course. Steve who ran the course was amazing at his job. Would definitely recommend!! Hopefully will be back for a different course in the future! Thanks once again!
