Really nice course, and good value food and drink in the clubhouse

We came here for a celebration lunch for a relatives 60th wedding anniversary. There was plenty of free parking within an easy walking distance of the clubhous. The restaurant was lovely, a spacious room with a lovely atmosphere. It was a Sunday lunch which was a carvery. They made a table big enough for 14 of us to sit round comfortably. After all the rain and thunderstorms we had today, the course drained extremely well, while most courses in the area were closed Ellesborough was open and a pleasure to play being on chalk it drained extremely well. Well worth a visit whatever time of year.

Wheelchair access difficult. There is a step, but the staff watched my wife get out of her chair to struggle in - and when I said 'you need a ramp' was told there was one, but it wasn't put down. It still wasn't down when we left despite assurances it would be.

We DJed here for Emily's wedding and had a great night! All the staff and guests were fantastic!
