Ellen is the most amazing coach! She is super encouraging, patient and knowledgeable. I wanted to work on some specific lifts and general strength, I achieved so much in just a few weeks with Ellen’s helpful cues and guidance. Really well structured sessions and coaching phone calls kept me on track, a really great all round package to keep you accountable and to achieve noticeable progress week after week.

I came to Ellen with lower back pain when performing squats and deadlifts. After a quick analysis, Ellen discovered that the issue stemmed from weakness and instability in my core and glutes, which caused my lower back to overcompensate. Ellen created a bespoke workout and rehabilitation plan, and within 8 weeks, I was lifting more than I ever thought possible. I highly recommend Ellen and her no nonsense approach.
