Elite Taekwon Do Schools

Elite Ninja Kickers is a fun and safe fitness-training program for children aged 3-7 years old. This program helps each child find greater self confidence and self-esteem while improving their physical development. The program was set up in 2017 and has been an instant success with children and parents alike. The training program is designed to encourage the development of motor skills, balance, flexibility, strength and the coordination of eye, hand and foot. It involves a mixture of simple exercise and games.
