  • I joined Elite Conditioning as a member in early 2020 and enjoyed the experience to be part of this great community of women pursuing a common goal to feel better in their bodies and mind. Over the last 2 years I participated in the various programmes on offer: Stronger Together, Shred 20, and more recently Lift Lean and Prime coaching. I love the familial/friendly atmosphere and how hard we get to train, while having a laugh with the team of professional and highly skilled personal trainers....

  • I can’t believe that working outside in all weathers at 6am could be so much fun. Love the fact that Karen makes these sessions so much fun which helps to take your mind off that fact that the workouts are tough! Thanks for another fantastic year. Looking forward to 2022 with the Shred 40 and Shred 20 gang . Debra X

  • Absolutely love Elite conditionings virtual classes. I am not an early morning person but their virtual studio gives me the flexibility to work out from the comfort of my home at a time that suits me and I dont have to waste time travelling to and from a gym before I've even started. The classes are really fun and easy to follow and there really is something for everyone!

  • I started my running journey with Elite 3 years ago with a 0-5km course, I then amazed myself that with the right coaching anything is possible and progressed onto 5-10km and then to half marathon course. Over the last 18 months I have completed over 15 half marathons and am now in training for my first marathon in April.   • I have been a member of Elite Conditioning for many years now. Karen and her team are extremely helpful and supportive. I have been a runner with them, been on running retreats and loved it so much I joined Karen in becoming an instructor to help team teach Strong by Zumba and PiYo to help promote the effects of bringing a different dimension to fitness.
