Aggressive instructor, very poor organisation of the course. Company takes 3 weeks + to reply to basic emails, despite employing admin staff. Does not spend money on vehicle repairs, so there are faulty, dangerous vehicles and a lot of time on the course is wasted sitting in garages. Ignored all the Covid rules about mask wearing etc. Expect pointless rules and to be treated like children- suddenly told on the first day to wear uniform and have hair tied back?! I undertook my Section 19 refresher here today with Jim. It was a fantastic day, If I could give 10 stars I would, I really enjoyed myself. The course was well delivered! With normally a 3:1 ratio of instructor to students, allowing plenty of time for driving/education. The trainer was very experienced, friendly and provided compliments and constructive feed back after every drive in a really nice way, allowing me to improve throughout the day, leaving me feeling really confident and refresh...

Passed my Level 3 CERAD with Elite ADT. Darrin, Paul and Gary were all brilliant instructors. Darrin was very supportive throughout the course and made the 4 weeks fun and enjoyable! All the vehicles were new and in good condition. I would not hesitate to recommend Elite ADT! Thank you!
