  • Vince and the team are very supportive, knowledgeable and motivating. They offer a range of exercise classes with lots of options and variations to ensure anyone can take part regardless of fitness and taking account of any injuries/ issues. Classes are welcoming and friendly. Personal training is also available and is a great way to get you started, re-motivate you or help you focus on achieving your goals.
