One word..shocking. Having ordered multiple cakes from cake shop multiple times and never had a problem. Met the owner at the shop, came across professional, customer driven and responsible.. unfortunately this was the total opposite when things went south. There cakes are amazing we have used them a few times and the quick service for a celebration cake in a hurry is brilliant 1 hr turn around for a hand finished perfectly made cake and so good really good selection inside to.

I went into store on Tuesday to try gluten free and vegan cakes on sale. As I suffer from coeliac disease I was very cautious in wanting to try the cake. However, the lady behind the counter ensured me it would be safe as it's made and packed in a whole gluten free section with different utensils used and assured there is no cross contamination.
