This allows us to enjoy long range games like freestyle kickboxing, long and medium range games like San Shou and K1 Kickboxing and short range games like short first and grappling We’re not just a fighting school but offer self defense and martial arts classes that can enjoyed by those who thrive on progressing through the syllabus and just learning something new while getting fit. Its common to see our fighters training side by side with our syllabus enthusiasts.
