Eden Rock

I was over in Carlisle for work and thought I'd check out Eden Rock. What a cool place. The routes are well set peaking at the comp wall where there are some really modern and technical climbs. The training area is vast and has everything you might need to up your climbing game. Staff are super friendly too. Will definitely be back if I am over this way again.

More about quantity than quality. Big gym but the problems and circuits aren’t great. It would be a great gym for £5-6.

Came here today with my 5 year old daughter .. She had a great time , the instructor was excellent with her , really reassuring and filled her full of confidence. We've booked to come again. Good facilities. it's a clean , safe and friendly environment. Cafe is fantastic, had a lovely wee traybake and a ice cream . The menu looked appetising. I will definitely give the pizza's and chips a blast in thr near future .

A wonderful find within Carlisle (opposite the Police HQ). You don’t need to be an expert, there’s something for all ages and skill level. A great workout, whilst learning and developing a new skill too. Pete was absolutely lovely, a real gent, very friendly, informative and accommodating to someone who was a complete novice. Will definitely visit again.

This climbing center is just great!! The best I have ever been to. Super diverse climbing, lots of space, warm up area and much more. The atmosphere is always great, people are super friendly, both climbers and staff. It's like going to a pub to socialize but instead of having a pint with a various people you solve problems 😁🥳👍🧗🏆
