Honestly, at the start, loved the place. So welcoming and accommodating, always available to help and great availability. However recently it’s all changed, feels like they don’t care. I was on an old PPL package plan which was then advised it wasn’t possible to honour anymore, for a few weeks later them to offer a similar deal again… You can never get booked in and it’s cancelled more times than you get to go flying. What an experience! Firstly I would like to thank Marc for such an amazing experience. Not only was he such a genuine down to earth man, his piloting knowledge was top notch. My partner had purchased a 90min trial flight as a present for my birthday. Hands down the best birthday present ive ever received. I am for sure hooked and can not wait for the next one!

My son had a trial lesson with instructor Marc yesterday and I think it’s fair to say he can’t wait to return. Before the flying began, Marc took his time explaining the basics of flying, a safety briefing and discussed the route they would take. As it was just a trial flight, we hadn’t expected so much effort would go into making it such a memorable experience. My son enjoyed the whole experience and has a new found motivation to aim high. My husband got a trial flight for his 40th birthday and let me and our 8yr old son tag along as passengers. What an amazing experience. He flew us over Barnard Castle, completed a damnbusters run and then took us round Durham Cathedral. Mark, the instructor, was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and really looked after us. I booked a trail flight for my sons 12th birthday and I cannot thank Eden Flight Training enough. They answered all my questions and went out of the way to ensure I could book the experience as close to my sons birthday as possible.
