  • I started East Coast fitness few week back and I'm loving it! Graham is so helpful. I've never been one for gyms as the thought of being in a room with lots of people terrified me but East cost offer a private gym and you can pick times that suit you with no one in or a max of 4 people. As well as that Graham sets you a fitness plan to your needs and fitness level. Definitely recommend!

  • I have been a member of East Coast Fitness for a few year and I absolutely love it. Graham and David are great instructors and very helpful and friendly. Throughout Covid Graham kept everyone going by doing online classes which was great for not only my fitness but also my mental health. Every class is different and doing in on the marina by the sea is just perfect and everyone who attends is all different shapes and sizes and again very friendly. 5 star service all the time...thanks East Coa...

  • Love East Coast Fitness. Genuinely expected to dread each personal training session but Graham makes each session so varied that they really are enjoyable. Expect workouts that push you just the amount you need to feel good and get results without days of aching afterwards. He really knows his stuff and I'm so pleased I found this gym. Also helps that it's right by the coast with great views and plenty of parking. 100% recommend!

  • Having had lots of failed attempts at improving my fitness I joined ECF in January 2020 & it’s the best decision I ever made. I have never felt as fit both mentally & physically. Graham makes every session different so you never get bored & puts you completely at ease. All the workouts can be done at your own pace but there is just the right level of encouragement to help you push yourself to reach your goals.   • Graham does a fantastic job! I booked in for three weekly sessions for a month to get ready for my wedding. The PT sessions are planned to tackle the areas identified in the first session and tailored to my own needs. Although I haven’t used them too much the meal plans look good and we’re provided as part of the package. I plan on keeping the sessions up after the wedding as they’ve made a huge difference to my fitness levels. Cheers Graham! 💪
