I’ve been going to e-motion for almost a year and it’s more than just a gym! The facilities are amazing and has a lot to offer. It’s good such a great atmosphere and community. Love coming here!

Amazing Trainers and people that join E-Motion. Can not recommend it highly enough! Such a great, supportive vibe. No "gym attitude" from anyone. Always smiling and friendly. Also has an Amazing coffee shop and Sports Massage Therapist on site, as well as a Barber/Hairstylist. The fact that E-Motion is built on good physical and mental health is incredible and rare.

Joining E-Motion 6 months ago is one of the best decsions I have made. I feel so much stronger, healthier and confident. The workouts allow me to progress at my own rate and have plenty of variety to keep me entertained. Plus socially I am meeting loads of people and making really supportive friends as we work towards our goals. Plus the beaut coffee and food at Happychino is a total bonus. The gym is is really inclusive and there are no egos (apart from Jack but you can't have everything 😉)...

E-Motion is not just a gym, it's a lovely inclusive community, I can't fault it. Great coaches and programming. You'll work hard but you also have the opportunity to play hard at the socials that are very well organised. Also, handy to have a coffee shop attached so you can grab a bite to eat or a coffee after your session.

If your looking to improve your fitness, for reasons like improving your overall physical well-being, or you find exercise helps your mental health this is the place to do it. Everyone is treated as an individual and diversity, equality and inclusion is very much supported here. The Coach Team and the members all support and encourage each other through good days and bad.
