  • Just finished a 10 week block of personal training sessions at Dynamic Fitness. Ross and the team have helped me improve my fitness, core strength and to run faster. My wife and I are just starting another 10 week block of sessions. Highly recommend Dynamic Fitness for their professional, expert and friendly personal training.

  • I have attended the 'stretch & tone' sessions for a couple of years now. This is the first time I have ever maintained any kind of exercise regime. The sessions are well paced, Ross is very skilled at addressing the various capabilities within the group, and all the trainers are extremely encouraging.

  • I've been going to the circuits class for a while now. Not for nothing do they call it the hardest workout in Norwich! The guys do a great session for all abilities and they've built a friendly inclusive community with events several times a week. Highly recommended whether you're looking to shed a few pounds or tone up.
