Driving test examiner was brilliant. They arrived in the car park at the exact time the test slots started (vital when you're nervous). The examiner had very relaxed demeanor and friendly professionalism allowing for me to concentrate on the task at hand. Ultimately not the preconceived image I went in with. I hope this helps reassure future candidates.

If I'd known it was going to receive that level of service, I wouldnt have worried so much. Took my MOD2 here, Richard was the most polite, calm and confidence building assessor you could hope for. No drama, no looking down on or power trips just professional, clear assessment, as it should be. One word for Bedford Council, give the place a sign!
