  • Syed is a great PT! I now feel so much more confident working out and he’s taught me how to use proper form. I’m stronger, fitter and he’s helped me lose weight too - he’s always happy to answer any fitness or nutrition questions I have and he made me feel comfortable from day 1. I would highly recommend Syed to anyone wanting to get fitter and healthier!
