  • Currently closed for refurb until early next year. Nice small gym with swimming pool, steam room and sauna, however, hugely expensive compared to local gyms - around £75 per month.

  • My experience of this place is really mixed. The manager is one of the rudest men I've ever had the misfortune to interact with. He was bullying and even a threatening on one occasion. Just goes to show that poor leadership has a big impact on a place. Shame because it could be a great place!

  • Good facilities and instructors but terrible customer service and unethical contract policies. I signed up for a 6 month fixed contract and ended up paying for for 7 months as they have a notice period. Even if you've completed the contract, it rolls over automatically unless you give a months notice. I explained my situation to Brian, the Deputy Club Manager, and said I was moving away suddenly and did not have time to give notice. He refused to refund it, even after weeks of emailing trying...

  • Very very disappointed by this gym, especially their customer services. The facilities are ok but the staff is anything but helpful, and certainly not professional. Just a simple task as booking a class or getting a timetable right was made very complicated. I was a member for the pool and classes, but you can definitely find somewhere better in the area.

  • Really nice gym facilities and great instructors, but the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ended up paying for 7 months of membership but due to the lockdown closures I could only access the gym for 6 of those months. When I requested a refund for the final month, Brian, the Deputy Club Manager refused to refund it.
