  • My Son has been training with DS Taekwondo for 7yrs and has reached black belt during that time. The classes are enjoyable, fun and really well structured for all ages. There are opportunities to join regional and national completions but never pressured. Most of all it's fun, and my son loves it! Would recommend

  • Fab club! My son joined during lock down online as something to keep him occupied. I was looking for something to build his confidence and to encourage him to commit to something. He has found a real passion for the sport. The lessons are fun and include lots of fitness, games and practice for grading. His confidence has really grown. He is now a blue belt and loves taking part in the competitions. Mr S is still competing and that shows the students he has to work hard too. Definitely recommend!

  • Excellent taekwondo classes for all ages. I have been taking classes for a year and passed 3 gradings. Not too bad for taking it up in my 50's! It is fun and challenging and you get to kick people in the head!! But only with the correct safety equipment. 🤣🥋

  • This really is a fantastic club. There is a clear grading/progression pathway but you’re never forced to grade if you don’t feel ready. There is the opportunity to take part in competitions which is always encouraged, but again there’s no pressure to do so. The instructor is patient, professional and always encouraging. I would highly recommend giving it a go no matter what your age or level of fitness.

  • A superb club. Very professional instructors. You could be here decades and still be learning new techniques, knowledge of the sport and meeting new people. It really doesn’t matter how old you are, DS TKD is as good for kids as it is for pensioners. My kids worked their way through belts and gained confidence, self-discipline and the practice of working towards goals at their grading every few months. It’s a superb way to build functional fitness because there are regular large competitions ...
