Okay first of all amazing customer service received from someone by the name of John had an issue with stock but was solved the same day couldn't be happier heavily recommended and will be ordering again!

Ordered a roc and soc throne over xmas. And got an email saying it's delayed due to stock. But it should be with me a week later. And bam it turned up on time. Great communication from drum shack all the way through. Competitive pricing, i highly recommend and i will definitely use again.

I picked up a guitar that had been fixed from drum shack on behalf of a friend and got abuse from a member of staff (man with pony tail) when I had no prior knowledge of communications between my friend and the member of staff, even after I had informed the member of staff of this. I found the man’s behaviour slightly disturbing, especially given I was just doing a friend a favour.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Was shopping for my son's first acoustic kit having played electronic for six years. They were amazingly helpful at guiding us towards the best solution, always kept us in budget and spent time to make sure that we could demo and hear the kit. Absolutely top notch!

Great place. It was good to have a really relaxed chat with them too. Seems like a lifetime since we could do this and there are lots of music shops which didn't make it through COVID. We should cherish the ones we have left.

I was quickly told the set of hats I'd ordered they were struggling to get back in stock, so I was sent a suggestion including video links. Decided to go with them after the advice received and the reviews generally. Wow what a pair! What a sound! Very happy. Ethan was very helpful and sent it out next day delivery for no extra charge. Would definitely use DS again
