Brilliant module of the CPC.Very convenient to be able to complete this online. Instructor was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions.

Won't be using them again, booked a online cpc course on their website , received a email confirming booking and told a joing link to WebEx would soon follow..I waited for this email but after couple of hours I contacted their customer service number followed by emails but no answer. Even attempted to ring the following day and no response. To put a long story short I took a day off work to do this course and because of no joining link I could not attend. Driver CPC, Apart from a bit of messing around trying to re book a course that was cancelled because the tutor was ill, the courses were pretty good, it can't be easy trying to keep 15 to 20 HGV drivers informed and entertained for 7 hours, well done! If you could answer the phones a little quicker I'd really appreciate it, Thanks.

They seem to want to rabbit on about being a ex police or army. Totally full of them selfs . Nothing to do with cpc 60% of the time long drawn out unprofessional. Done quite a few over the years.
