Please don't use Diane at Drive Right. She swore at my daughter 3 days before her test and had her in tears. Also took my money for extra lessons a week earlier and said she had a good chance of passing. Then 3 days before said she was not ready when the time limit to change the test expired and refused to take her! I never complain but she is not fit to be an instructor!
