Aweful experience! Avoid using them. I contacted them in January and they confirmed driving lessons for me to start in March and requested £250 deposit, which I payed. I did not hear from them regarding starting lessons in March, tried to contact the instructor and nothing, tried with the booking person and was told they no longer had a instructor available for me. I requested a refund and still waiting for it!!!

Saddening to see so many people leave good reviews as I really wanted to be one of those people but I can’t. I paid a deposit of £337 for this course on 30th July 2018 for 3rd Sept start date, that date came and no one had called me, I e-mailed that I would like a refund as I could only do that date and have stated a new job and could not take a week off anymore. The whole experience has been completely terrible after paying I did not receive an instructor for almost 2 weeks. And since then I have had 3 lessons spanning over a month. I have been told time and time again since those last lessons that my instructor was not being paid so he cancelled my lessons!! I was told I would be given a new instructor to no avail. I asked for a refund and received nothing not even a call back. Stay away at all costs. I have filed a complaint through small complain...

I did a 35hr course over a week and a half, my instructor (jay) was fantastic! I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He was reliable, straight to the point and me feel so comfortable. I passed my test first time with the help, encouragement and fine teaching from jay. The only thing I would say is that it took a few weeks to get started after paying but overall I would definitely recommend it.

Using DNPL was the best decision i ever made. Just got a new job and needed my driving licence within a two week period. Pass theory first time and practical driving test first time. I recommend this company to everyone. Thank you Mike for your patients and getting me through my test.
