Who We Support Dreamfo Semi-Independent Living service provides vulnerable young people and adults a safe and stable accommodation, supported by key workers. Our in-house social worker carries out monthly assessment to ensure the changing needs of the service users are addressed. Our aim is ensuring vulnerable young people and adults are prepared for independence. We assist these young people and adults in developing and maintaining lifelong skills to become self-reliant, live with dignity in the community and make informed decisions about their lives. We help deliver these outcomes through education, training and skills that would enable them to live independently. Services offered are based on an assessment of our service users needs through referrals. Our service users are vulnerable young people and adults who may have low, medium or high support needs.
