My daughters and I ahve been coming to this school for 5 years. It teaches a range of self-defence martial art techniques in a fun and structured way. Good for families, and new members always made very welcome.
Amazing martial arts club that absolutely treats everyone with the highest respect, from the person stepping in for the very first time to those who have been attending for many years. Knowledge and experience of the instructor team is exemplary. Core exercises, specific self defence skills and a comprehensive syllabus are taught in a positive guided manner to enable students to progress on their colour to black belt pathway and beyond. Excellent for families to train and learn together.
A fantastic martial arts school for all ages. They really encourage students both physically and mentally, and the outcome is increased confidence, fitness, knowledge and skills. We love the family atmosphere here and enjoy every lesson.
