Down Royal Park Golf Course

What a wedding day, can't thank Elaine and the staff for an excellent experience at down royal golf club. We had a fantastic day, food was amazing and everyone said them same. Credit to you all, Thankyou very much Elaine and Darren xxx

The course in general isn’t in great shape, not a single bin round the course or club house and the staff are serving the Sunday carvery with their bare hands!! Like actually scooping up cocktail sausages and spuds with bare hands!! No thanks

We booked our Sunday lunch and left a contact number but arrived before 1pm on Sunday to be met by two staff coming out the door saying sorry we are closed as we have no power.Thats fair enough but we're did my contact no go could someone not have phoned me and said what the situation was. We are asked to shop local to help the community but in this case we are very disappointed in their service we have been eating here for years. Played 18 hole recently. Disappointed in course, fairways looked like hadn't been maintained, the 4th was like a field. Most greens I came across had been sanded but ones that hadn't needed work. Course has so much potential if it was properly maintained. A few yrs ago it was a good course but not now
