Dovedale Sports Centre

😷 The Gym: Smaller than your nans bedroom, looks like a prison gym, smells like old socks and sweaty boxers and feels like you need head to toe sanitation when you leave. 😷

Nice unpretentious sports centre. Good for squash and badminton. The only downside is the changing rooms are too hot and you can"t cool down after a game of squash. Just turn off the heating. It's not needed.

Cosy and tranquil aren't usually the words one would associate with a gym but that's what this felt like. Safe parking, functional gym equipment and friendly staff.

Dovedale Sports Centre is well managed. Staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Facilities clean and tidy.

Enjoyed playing squash here. Nice and friendly staff at the reception. Easy online booking process. Cost of playing squash higher than in my regular place though! Squash courts have scope to be improved.
