Just finished a beginners bread making course with Jennifer and Isla. Absolutely perfect for those, like me, having never tried making bread before. The course was extremely well organised, and taught with absolute passion. Came away with three types of bread made from the one dough, and homemade Choc chip cookies. . All tasted divine, even if I do say so myself! Would highly recommend!

I know others have made this point, but a D&D class really is a great way to spend a Sunday morning. My aim was to meet new people, learn new skills and have some fun. Jennifer and Isla were fabulous, friendly and shared their love of dough with all of us. My family were overjoyed with the output, particularly the focaccia. I cannot recommend this highly enough and have already signed up for the Nordic Baking class.

What a fabulous way to spend a Sunday morning! Such an enjoyable and jam-packed course. We were kept busy making hot cross buns, a plaited brioche loaf, a sweet Nordic loaf and digestive biscuits. Excellent tuition from Jennifer and Isla, even in an online setting. I will definitely be making all the sweet treats again and would love to do another course! A big thank you Jennifer and Isla!

What a wonderful experience baking bread and other goodies on the Easter baking course! As I am a complete novice with baking, I found Jennifer and Isla so friendly, efficient and helpful. We could ask questions whenever we needed to and were cajoled along throughout the morning to achieve results i never thought i would. Eager to book again on another doughanddaughters course!
