  • Fantastic course! Had a great weekend doing the Open Water Lifeguard course. The course was run outdoors due to Covid-19, in February! But despite the cold we all had a great time and a successful course. Would recommend!

  • From the first minute until the time that we were told that we had qualified, the course was run with professionalism, safety and student well being in mind. I would have no hesitation in recommending the tutor, Rich, for this and future courses. I personally will be looking to upgrade this qualification with him in the future.

  • Brilliant clear, concise course. Well delivered in difficult Covid times. Felt safe and comfortable throughout with Richards adaptations to protect us from the virus.   • I undertook the Open Water Lifeguard (OWL) Qualification with Dorset Lifesaving Centre in Feb 2021 at Dorset Adventure Park. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire course, from the Online Theory Session, to the Practical Sessions on the Lake, and even dare I say, the Assessment Day!   • The Dorset Lifesaving Centre hosted me on the Open Water Lifesaving course 11-13 December. The course was delivered by Rich Lloyd and everything from the pre-reading, zoom classroom, testing, first aid and open water rescues was conducted in a friendly and professional manner. Everything ran to time and the course members were well prepared for the test.
