  • We spent a fab week with Dorset Fitness Retreats mainly focusing on open water swimming. We swam at several bays around the Dorset coastline. We had excellent swim coaching from John Hodgetts at Efficient Swimming. We spent some time at indoor pools focusing on swim techniques and then put this into action in our longer sea swims.   • We came down for the 1 day boxing & yoga retreat and thoroughly enjoyed it. A really good workout and the yoga was really interesting and well done too - but no pressure to overdo it at any point, Lucy & Jen were both great in creating a friendly inclusive atmosphere and you can self-manage to suit your own fitness/preference throughout the day.   • Attended the one day boxing and yoga retreat - I wanted to learn good techniques for boxing, and had never done yoga properly before, but enjoyed the whole experience! Lots of opportunities for exercise and you could work as hard as you wanted so it was very inclusive of different abilities. There was also really tasty vegan food, which is great for people with dietary requirements. There was also the opportunity to go for a swim and sit in the sauna at the end of the day. Would do it again!

  • We all seem to lead such busy and hectic lives and the time I spent away on this retreat provided the perfect opportunity to give both my mind and body some respite.
