  • I have been training with Dom for just over four months now and have gone from a dislike for any weight training to looking forward to training every week. The time and patience Dom puts into building out a personalised workout plan to track and meet my goals is amazing. The sessions are focused, Dom is very attentive and will explain anything to help build confidence. I am always being pushed and surprise myself every week. Highly recommend!
