Dolphina Gymnastics Club

What a wonderful party. All the kids (and the Mum's) loved!! Some the feedback from the parents was how great it was to have everything supplied by Dolphina. From personal experience (the two parties I have had for my kids here), the entertainment, food, level of service from the staff are all incredible and the speedy way the food arrived after playtime was faultless. Disappointed with the service at our party here. No bouncy castle as promised, uncooked food, venue wasn't ready in time for the party. Our email complaint was ignored.

Both of my daughters spent some time there and they didn't learn anything new, I don't think the coaches supported them but they did put their prices up. My daughters are now thriving in a new place....

Poor customer service. Very unfriendly. We late because we stuck on the motorway luckily they let my daughter in for lesson, however as soon as we turned back at door a red No Entry string was pulled to block our way back to the coffee or the viewing area. Than Theresa just walked back to sit behind her desk. Very disappointed with the customer service as we were coming here for 6 years and paid so much money for that.

My daughter has been attending Dolphina since 2014 and her progression and development over the years has been great. The gymnastic equipment is brilliant and the classes are very well structured and organised. There is a lovely cafe on site and viewing gallery. My daughter also had a birthday party at the gym, her friends and my daughter had such a good time. Would highly recommend!
