As a first time dog owner I was completely overwhelmed and not at all confident. I contacted Karen for help and in a very short time she made such a positive impact on our lives. I trust in her completely, she explains so simply, what to do, how to do it and why. She has been a massive support. I thoroughly recommend her services. I am getting more and more confident and making a lot less mistakes.
Karen came to have a 2 hour visit today, it was absolutely fabulous!!!! She has given me such a great understanding of my little puppy Bertie... I’ve got lots of techniques and training to be getting on with before our next visit... I can highly recommend Karen.
Karen really knows what she's doing, has such an incredible understanding of dogs and explains how their minds work different to humans, she has enabled me to head in the right direction with my own dog, continued help and support always at hand.
