Firstly great family gym located in a good location, the gym has decent equipment and a boxing ring. Whether you are looking for general fitness or a complete novice this is a great place to train. The classes are well organised, and added bonus has both female and children’s classes.

I am a complete beginner to Muay Thai but not martial arts, everyone made me feel very welcome. I learned something new within 30 seconds of setting foot in the door which for me is a good sign. Instructor was very patient and clear with instructions and gave a very good overview while making it clear that the basics are important and take time to learn. Overall an excellent club and I will definitely be back to train regularly.
