Such a fantastic experience with Alex, she helped me to return to exercise postpartum and was incredibly knowledgeable. It was so refreshing to work with a PT who is supportive, patient, encouraging and relaxed, tailoring a plan specifically for me and my abilities at the time, and her medical knowledge is such a unique bonus. Her sessions felt very comfortable and enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend Alex more!
