Very good place to learn how to defend yourself. The teacher is great his class are productive complete. I start taking classes there a month ago and I can tell, I progressed a lot. It's not only a physical training, it's a mindset and mental training as well. I learned to be more careful more focus on everything in my personal life because the teacher teach us. I definitely recommend this place . You can trust him. And also the service is great. I always feel welcomed.

Well worth going to , very interesting and good for fitness strength better than gym memberships plus bonus of being more able in the event you need to protect yourself all round great activity . Naz is a fantastic instructor! He is knowledgeable, patient, enthusiastic and has a love of Krav Maga that is catching! He breaks down each technique so everyone can learn it. Highly recommended
