I’d like to discuss why I’ve been issued with a section 21 notice to quit when the property I rent from yourselves isn’t gas safe!? I’d also like to know why every year the boiler in this property is condemned by liberty gas after the safety checks and a week later “walshes plumbing services” come and reinstate the boiler without doing any checks, without issuing any paperwork or without fixing the issue.
