Dave has been teaching our daughter guitar for 3 years now and is excellent. He is always patient, and really knows how to get the best out of her with plenty of praise and encouragement and choosing songs that she is keen to play.

Our son has had lessons with Dave since he was 8 years old (over 4 years) and really enjoys them. The lessons are fun and relaxed. Dave is very helpful, patient and approachable. His student shows are a great opportunity for anyone who's keen to get a taste of performing live with a band. We would highly recommend him for anyone looking to learn to play guitar.

Dave is an excellent teacher. He really understands how to get the best from his students, recognising that not everyone have the same desires/work ethic &/or ability when it comes to learning how to play the guitar. The student shows are great too, giving the kids a taste of the stage & what it's like to play with a band. I can't recommend Dave highly enough.

Dave has done wonders teaching my 9 year old son guitar. Very collaborative in his approach, which is empowering for the kids, and his passion and enthusiasm is contagious. My son adores Dave and when he practices the guitar at home it's so fun to watch him grooving along to what he is playing, emulating Dave no doubt!

Dave is a fantastic instructor, who we would highly recommend. Patient, encouraging and really enthusiastic about music. Our son has really enjoyed his guitar lessons.
