Did an OK job restringing my guitar but they only open once a week, forget to order stuff and don't communicate if they can help it.

Was so glad when I found the shop I was with my toddler and it was a bit of a mission to get there. However there was a sign on the door saying back in 20 minutes, no big deal however the owner was standing right there and saw me at the door. Instead of gesturing at the sign saying he wasn't open yet or acknowledging me he just gave me a bad look, completely blanked me and went and sat down at his desk looking the other way. I just wanted to buy guitar strings.

Fantastic..... I needed some strings for an 8 stringed Greek Bouzouki and called The Guitar Shop on the off chance. Not only did they have them in stock at a very reasonable price, but when I got there, I was also given some excellent advice. Thank you for a great service - very rare these days. Andy Michaels.

I decided to learn guitar this coming year. The service and advice my wife revieved whilst buying a suitable guitar and booking lessons was very good by all accounts. I'm looking forward to my first lesson next week!
