Been with Derby Lau Gar Club for around 40 years on /off working around family life and running a business. Been training here for years. Learning the weapons now, sword, staff, nunchaku and more. My 12 old daughter goes and when my lad is 5 he will be going. Great place with top instructors.

The best place to learn traditional Kung Fu , Kickboxing and many other disciplines in the East Midlands. Friendly, professional and ideally situated in Derby City Centre. After attending for many years, my seven year old son has now started and loves every minute of the Kickboxing class.
