  • I have been training with Dennis for a few years now and I have really benefitted from his programme, whether the goal is to improve my general fitness and strength or increase stamina and endurance to get me around a marathon course. He pays special attention to details of posture and technique so that effort is applied properly and safely, while at the same time raising your performance.   • Due to a serious Achilles heel injury, the pounds soon went on my waist, so i decided to take up jogging along the seafront to shift it. But this became boring & monotonous. My trainer, Dennis advised me, the time of day i did my cardio was just as important as to how intensely i worked or how far i go. He also introduced me to interval-training & the influence of meals. He gives a friendly & excellent service. I would recommend him to anyone.
