Denewood Learning Centre's (Academy) purpose is to help permanently excluded pupils to turn round their behaviour so that as many as possible can return to mainstream schools. As a pupil referral unit, the staff work hard to persuade pupils to modify their language, attitudes and behaviours. Many Pupils successfully change their life despite often difficult circumstances.
