Dench Fitness Gym

A proper gym. People are friendly, plenty of machines, weights go up to 60kg. Will say the reason this is not 5 stars is because of the free weights. 50% of them don't have fixed grips due to damage over time I guess, which is annoying.

Just started here. We were allowed in for a free trial and like it enough to take out an annual subscription. I've been a couple of times now. It's a fantastic gym. Very friendly. All the equipment we need and it seems you can usually get straight onto what you want. Nice that it's a local, independent business as well. Only thing I'd change is to add some lockers.

Went here for a few months and this is honestly a great gym. Not often I can walk into a gym and almost be guaranteed to get a squat rack free. The outside area is also nice, really like that as a feature. Downstairs with the free weights has a nice vibe to it as well. There's not a lot you can't do here, it's also open all hours!

If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Recently moved into the area and first time using this gym. Most helpful and friendly staff. Atmosphere is really nice choice of equipment is fantastic. You have earned a new gym member.

Amazing gym! Best equipment I've seen in any gym. There's a machine for *everything* Amin, the owner is a lovely guy, always around to give you advice or help. Love it and I'm not really a fan of gyms 😅
