I attended the two-day weekend Vegan Festive Weekend Christmas classes. I had so much fun! Aside from a beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped kitchen, the course itself was awesome. Helen had so many great ideas and she was fully flexible, both listening to questions and ideas we had and constantly providing us with alternatives. I love that the recipes are adaptable and focus on using natural ingredients. I definitely want to come back for more.

Attended the vegan cakes and puddings day course. Having tried and failed by myself trying to work out how to get the right textures, this course gave me the tips and practice I needed to make different types of cakes and pastries. Helen was a lovely, approachable and knowledgeable tutor.

I've recently completed the Level 2 Vegan Diploma at Demuths Cookery School and what an amazing experience it has been! Despite being a confident home cook, I've learnt a lot: from using ingredients I wasn't familiar with, to learning different cooking techniques and tricks to bring my food to the next level. We attended the supper club last night at Demuths Cookery School and it was great. I was blown away by the combination of flavours and how well presented each dish was. I hope to go back to attend a cooking session!
