Delia Rosenboom: The Transformational Mind-Body Coach

Delia is the finest teacher I have known. She is a wonderful Alexander Technique teacher and trainer, in person and on-line - I had lessons over many years and then attended a three-year training course with her. More than that, she teaches a way of learning: curious, compassionate, masterful. If you have the opportunity to take lessons with her (AT, singing, coaching), you should take it; your journey through life will be the more rewarding for it.

I've now done several workshops with Delia, been to a couple of Alexander Technique lessons, and also attended Delia's choir and witnessed her as choirleader. Since finding Delia during lockdown last year I've done lots of online singing & Taize sessions with her. I really enjoy her energy, creativity & her natural voice teaching style.
